Impressed with service and warm atmosphere.

The hotel features a beautiful and clean environment with friendly staff, making our stay pleasant. However, the breakfast options were limited and the room cleanliness left much to be desired, as we found hair in the shower. Overall, it worked well for our family, but improvements in dining and housekeeping are needed.

The staff provided exceptional service during our stay especially appreciated the friendliness of the front desk clerk who made us feel welcome. The shuttle service to the Civic Center for our concert was a huge convenience making everything stress-free for us.

I was greeted by a bright and cute lobby that felt like a cozy hug! 🥰 The indoor swimming pool was just the cherry on top, we loved relaxing in the heated water after our concert at the Civic Center. 🚶‍♀️ Plus, the breakfast was diverse and flowed effortlessly, so there was no waiting in line, which is always a win for me!

We had a great stay! The pool was huge and perfect for the kids, and I loved the spacious suite. Dinner from Johnny's was a hit, but breakfast room service could use improvement.

I absolutely loved the elegant décor and spacious lobby. It was bright and welcoming, making it easy to navigate for seniors like myself. The easy access to shopping and restaurants nearby was a huge bonus as well.

More snack options would be great.

We stayed for one night and were pleasantly surprised when we got upgraded to a nice suite! The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day. There was a mix-up with the billing that caused a short scare, but overall, it didn’t ruin our experience. 😊

For Families Who Need Space!

We had a good stay. The hotel lobby is very excellent and the front desk staff was like, unbelievably friendly too! They even upgraded us to a suite which was nice. Kind of. The bathroom was awesome but we found a toy whale stuck in the drain! I mean, who does that? You can't make this stuff up. And it was a bit much to deal with.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable.

This was just a good match for a quick stop in Peoria with fantastic value for money. The service in the attached restaurant was outstanding, especially from Kesha and Ashley. Make sure to enjoy a meal there when you're in town.

The suite was pretty decent overall. The king bed was comfy enough for the three of us, but the sofa bed? Not so much. The bathroom was awesome—lots of space, and I loved the giant tub, but it took forever to fill up and had a random plastic whale in the drain. Oh, and we found poop in the toilet when we walked in, which was definitely a bummer, but didn’t bother to mention it since it was late and we just needed to get settled.
